Room for Art: Clarion Hotel Stockholm allows Artists to trade original, signed artwork for a free room

Room for Art

At Clarion Hotel Stockholm we love art so much that from the 8th of June 2012, artists can pay for their hotel stay with art. It’s all really very simple: An artwork – a room – one night.

Artworks must be signed by the artist, in A4 format and submitted upon arrival together with a Room for Art form that can be downloaded here >>

Conditions

Room for Art offer is valid subject to availability. Rooms can be reserved at the very earliest 7 days before, and at the very latest 1 day before the desired date of arrival. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee reservations. Cancellation without fee may be made no later than 16:00 the day before arrival.

Reservations that are not cancelled and result in a no-show, and reservations cancelled after 16:00 the day before arrival are subject to a fee of SEK 500. This fee will be debited from the given credit card guarantee. This offer is valid based on maximum 1 person occupancy (the artist), 1 night per stay. Offer can be taken advantage of maximum 1 time per person, per calendar year.  An additional extra guest charge of SEK 200 is applicable if you would like to reserve a room for 2 people including breakfast. Ownership of all artwork – including exclusive rights of use – is transferred in full to Clarion Hotel Stockholm upon submission, without exception.

State your booking: Room for Art. Reservation can be made Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. at reservation.stockholm@choice.se. To help us process your request, we need first name, last name, phone number and credit card number with expiration date.
