TEACH ROADTRIP
Are you interested in teaching?
Take a Roadtrip across the country to interview incredible teachers and change-makers—and do it on us!
Every year as part of our TV series, Roadtrip Nation selects 3 people from different backgrounds to travel in our Green RV and talk to inspiring leaders all over the nation who do what they love. This summer, we’re partnering with Participant Media and PivotTV to launch the TEACH Roadtrip, which is all about changing the world through teaching!
We’re searching for young people to journey from coast to coast and have meaningful conversations with everyone from teachers to policymakers, activists, and beyond—the people who are leading a social justice movement that’s reshaping our world. Teaching isn’t just a job, it’s a mission, and one of life’s great opportunities to make a difference. This is your chance to talk to the people who are making it happen—the mavericks, the dreamers, the visionaries—and ask them the questions you want to ask.
Want to get behind the wheel? Here are the details:
- Individuals between the ages of 17-25 can apply (must be 18 by August 2014)
- Apply as an individual or a team of 3
- Alongside Roadtrip Nation, selected individuals will help plan the Roadtrip route and book interviews
- Two filmers will capture the experience, which may be shared on PivotTV
- Roadtrip Nation pays for all travel expenses; Roadtrippers also receive a daily stipend for food
- The Roadtrip will begin in August 2014 and will last approximately 3-4 weeks
