Calling all nomads!
My name is David Polanzak and I’m a Television Producer. My company is currently putting together a show on the lives of modern day nomads—those who eschew the trappings of conventional living for an existence on their own terms. We want to follow and document those of you who live a life less ordinary, and in doing so, prove that there’s more—much more—to life when you live by your own rules.
My objective for the immediate future is to meet with anyone who may be interested in telling their story. To do so, all you have to do is email me at: dpo.casting@gmail.com, and from there we’d set up a day and time to conduct a Skype interview. Just to be clear: agreeing to interview with me in no way means you are committing to anything. If for whatever reason weeks from now you decide you’d rather not be part of this project, then you don’t have to be. No harm, no foul. The interview is simply to get to know you, your lifestyle, and to see if we can create a show around that. Please note: I am especially interested in speaking with nomads that are currently traveling around the U.S.
This project is an attempt to illuminate one of the myriad ways people subsist, and to show the triumphs and struggles associated with it. We are not looking for you to be anything you are not—we simply want to tell your story.
Again, those interested should contact me, David Polanzak, at: dpo.casting@gmail.com. Please provide your name, age, relationship status, and where you (currently) call home.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. To those of you who are interested in speaking with me, I’m on a tight deadline so if you think this is for you, please contact me by Friday, January 9, 2015. I very much look forward to hearing your stories!
