Bermuda launches new year-long visa for students + remote workers

Dreaming of a new place to remote-work? Perhaps with pink sand beaches?

Following in the footsteps of Estonia, Georgia + Barbados, Bermuda’s government just announced a new initiative to attract remote workers and students by offering a new visa that would last one full year.

To qualify, visitors must be 18+ years old, have health insurance and supply proof of employment or enrollment in higher education. The residency certificate costs $263.

The country’s tourist visa has also been extended from 90 to 180 days.

Full details + application instructions can be found on the Bermuda Government website.
